This ruler is a wonderful tool to have for stitching out spines on your longarm quilting machine. You can use it to make echoed spines, funky curved cross-hatching, curved spines for feather work, and so much more! Your hopping foot must be 1/2″ to use this ruler.
The ProSpine Medium’s shallow curve is approximately 8.5″ in length and a 2″ depth. It’s deeper curve is approximately 10″ in length and a 4″ depth. The full length of the ruler is 11.5″.
The ProSpine Small’s shallow curve is approximately 5″ in length and a 1″ depth. It’s deeper curve is approximately 6.5″ in length and a 2″ depth. The full length of the ruler is 7.25″.

Prospine ruler--QJ is great ordered Med prospine ruler, it arrived with one corner broken off. Jessie at QJ said she'd send a replacement, which arrived 4 days later OVER the Thanksgiving Holiday. These guys are GREAT. Ruler is helping me quilt longer SMOOTH curves. Just what I needed, and just at the limit of my 18 inch throat.

Amazing I bought the ProLine rulers for cross hatching and piano key boarders. My son is also a longarmer, and when he saw the ProLine 2 he fell in love. Of course, the ProLine 2 followed him home that day, LOL! So, I ordered a replacement. The wonderful women at Quilted Joy had it to me in less than 3 days! Let’s hope he doesn’t find my ProSpine Rulers. They just arrived and I’m impressed with the clarity of the markings.
