Description
Achieve consistent seam allowances every time with the Ideal Seam Guide Student Edition! Each kit comes with the Ideal Seam Gauge, 4″ Ideal Seam Guide, and 4″ Ideal Seam Guide – Curve. To use these, simply drop your needle into the appropriate seam allowance hole on the Ideal Seam Gauge. Be sure to drop your sewing machine foot so the gauge is stabilized. Finally, stick the seam guide down so your seam allowance is marked and stays exactly where you want it. Watch the video below to see the guides in action!
When the Ideal Seam Guide Student Edition loses its grip, spray with Scrubbing Bubbles, 409, or any other multi-purpose cleaner you already have at home. Ball up the lint with the pads of your fingers, rinse, and air dry. It will get sticky all over again! Be sure not to use a scrubby or your nails because it will scratch the thin strip of rubber that is what is making the guide stick.
