Shipping in the USA for an APQS longarm machine typically costs between $450 – $550. Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana and Ohio enjoy $450 flat rate freight.  Most orders should arrive in 1-5 business days from the time the shipment leaves the factory in Carroll, Iowa.

Arrangements can be made if you would like to pick up your machine at the APQS Factory in Carroll, Iowa, or the APQS Showroom in Des Moines, Iowa.

Intelliquilter computerized system prices include shipping.

Setup

Your machine was designed to be a self install. You’ll find that since our machines don’t come apart in multiple sections, assembly is simple and will only take a few hours. 

The machine will come with easy-to-follow, step-by-step full color assembly instructions as well as a manual. The sewing head is assembled for you; you only need to add the handles and axles and assemble the table.

If assistance is needed you can always call Quilted Joy or the APQS technicians at 800-426-7233.

Angela is a leading specialist in assisting Intelliquilter self installs for APQS machines. She has guided dozens and dozens of happy owners from coast to coast install their own IQ. 

Professional Installation

If you’d like your machine professionally installed a member of the APQS team will be happy to install it for $700. 

Intelliquilter systems can also be professionally installed if desired. You will pay dealer travel costs. Contact us for more info on how much this would be to your studio.
