Description
Microquilter is brand-new to our website! It is a 100 wt. thread made by Superior Threads that works beautifully for quilting in the ditch, invisible machine applique, microstippling, and very fine, dense quilting. Micro quilter is very forgiving because of its fineness but is also very strong. Made of 100% polyester, it compares in weight to silk or very fine polyester monofilament but is easier to use. We recommend using it in both the bobbin and the top, but you can also use a 60 wt thread such as Bottom Line in the bobbin with no issues. We carry Microquilter in all 30 colors available on 3,000 yard cones.

MicroQuilter Thread This is a new product for me. I had read about the thread from other quilters that it was good for micro quilting, and any place you did not want to see a lot of thread buildup. I was skeptical how it would sew; tension problems, etc. I threaded my Gammill with the thread used The Bottom Line in the bobbin. I made sure my bobbin tension was good. I had no problems with the top thread it stitched beautifully. I love shopping at Quilted Joy. They are always ready to answer questions and help you. There products ship and arrive quickly. Could not be happier with their service.
