Over the years I’ve done a number of quilts for Linda. She always brings in something very creative and challenging; and her “Over the River and Through the Woods” quilt is no exception!
Linda hand stitched this scene on her quilt. I was so impressed I almost didn’t want to quilt over her handiwork. Linda asked for a pantograph with a snowy feel. I found this great design that looks like the wind blowing the snow through the woods. A white Omni thread adds that fresh snow look.

I’ve made this quilt also and it is in my personal pile of tops to finish. I really like the quilting design and puffiness. What batting did you use?
