School is out and my kidlets are finding ways to fill their days.
Specifically, GooseyGirl has started making machine embroidery owls, started making a tote bag, and started a strip quilt. Then, this afternoon she dragged out the tie dye supplies.
I’m surrounded by birdies and UFOs. This may be quite a long summer. 🙂

if you get so swamped with birds and ufos, i would be glad to give them a loving home lol. i do all my piecing and quilting by hand and have given over 200 quilts to charities such as cancer awarenes, church raffles, critical care neonatal unit, and humane society. but now i am on disability and receive less than four hundred dollars monthly, so fabric is a big no no. i have signed up for your blog and look forward to receiving it. and remember, summer break is not forever!! god bless barbara babscorbitt@gmail.com
