Carol’s Black and Red Tulip

I think this is my favorite of the quilts Carol had me do for her. It is a four patch posie with an on point setting.
The deep red and black have great contrast. I used the Cascade pantograph that has shapes that mimic the leaf chapes of the tulips.
We used black thread top and bobbin and it really worked great. I have a four patch posie quilt of my own that is waiting for me to finish up. This quilt of Carol’s has given me the push to get workin’ on my own top.
tomorrow I am doing a virtual test drive of the Intelliquilter computerized quilting system. If you are interested in Intelliquilter and would like to schedule your own virtual test drive over the internet, just give me a ring or drop me an email. (502) 718-7148
