Suzanne’s Paper Dolls

Suzanne works at one of my local quilt shop gems, The Smocking Shop. She has some killer quilting skills and is incredibly talented with machine embroidery.

She made this paper doll quilt and you can tell she had a great time with the embellishments.

My favorite is the kitty block. I love the fuzzy bunny slippers.

Of course, the gingerbread doll and the rain coats are also fun.

But check out the glam doll!  That’s sequins on the boa!

Wouldn’t every girl love the butterfly outfit?

Oh and I had to include a picture of little Oskar. He is growing so FAST!

  1. I loved paper dolls when I was little. My mom taught me to make clothes for them out of old magazines and catalogs and wallpaper samples. I adore this quilt!

I may need to head up to St Matthews and check this place out!
